Ruth holds IRCA Lead Auditor qualification. She looks after a number of our SSAIB and NSI clients undertaking the implementation and ongoing maintenance of their Management Systems. In 2018 Ruth also qualified as a Fire Risk Assessor and maybe is one of the youngest persons to ever achieve this formal qualification. With the retirement of John Slade , as of February 2026, Ruth took on the position of Managing Partner within the company.
